Bon Appétit is a French phrase which means, “Enjoy your meal,” or “Good Appetite!”
Hello Friends,
It is my great privilege to join you in ministry to women! I am always thrilled to hear from you. Thank you for inviting me to attend your Women’s Ministries events throughout the year and for sharing your creative ideas.
But for those of you who are discouraged and long to see your church become more active in ministry to women please don’t hesitate to call or e-mail me. I would be happy to offer organizational resources. I also desire to be a voice of encouragement and prayer support. Together we must never fail to seek God’s direction and give Him praise for it is His Holy Spirit that makes all things work together for good!
The theme “Bon Appétit … You May Eat!” presents endless possibilities! Gather your Women’s Ministries Council together and ask God to fill you so full of His Spirit that the ideas will flow and soon you will discover an entire year of plans established! It is essential that you have a planning committee or council. Consult your pastor or local church SDMI (Sunday School & Discipleship Ministries International) Chairman about forming this vital ministry team.
Remember leaders, as we lead others there are 3 PRIORITIES we must embrace:
1. Worship God - Reverence Him in prayer, praise, tithes and regular church attendance.
2. Walk with God - Study His Word and obey His instruction.
3. Work for God - Because of your love for Him, love for others and your desire to see women come to know His saving, healing power… give of your BEST to the MASTER!
Jesus is the BREAD of LIFE! Without HIM we are toast!
